Jewelry care
All jewelry will change naturally over time. Exposure to the air, moisturisers and perspiration will cause natural tarnish. In order to avoid marks on surfaces, jewelry should be worn with caution.
Apply make-up and perfume prior to putting on your jewelry and remove jewelry when bathing, showering, sleeping or exercising.
When not worn, keep your jewelry in a sealed box or the bag that came with the item to slow the oxidisation process. Keep silver with silver, stainless steel with stainless steel and so on to help your jewelry keep its shine.
Stainless steel
Unplated stainless steel jewelry is one of the best options for those with allergies or skin sensitivities. Stainless steel is a durable metal that does not corrode or tarnish. Regardless, stainless steel can get scratched and over time it tends to lose its luster. But restoring the shine is easy to do and can be done at home.
Simply use a mild soap and water to clean your stainless steel jewelry. Soak the jewelry in the sudsy solution for several minutes. Then use a soft cloth to rub the jewelry.
Gold plating
Our gold plated jewelry has a thin layer of 18 carat gold on top of steel. Gold plating can wear with time and from exposure to chemicals such as perfume and makeup.
To clean, gently wipe the surface using a soft polishing cloth. Do not scrub or rub or use a polishing cloth as this may wear away the plating. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and clean it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your gold plated jewelry tarnish more quickly.
Rose gold plating
Our rose gold plated jewelry has a thin layer of rose gold on top of steel. The plating can wear with time and from exposure to chemicals such as perfume and makeup.

If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and clean it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your gold plated jewelry tarnish more quickly.
