Returns and exchanges

We accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. We will process a refund or exchange when we have received the returned item and assessed that it is in original condition. 

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will not include shipping costs. Return shipping is at your expense. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges. Lost returned items can not be refunded so we suggest you use a tracking service.

If you like to exchange your item for another product, please email us the details of what you would like to receive in exchange. The shipping of the exchanged product is free of charge, but the return shipping is at your expense.

In case of faulty item

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your jewelry. All products are carefully checked before packaging and shipping. However, if you have received your item and its faulty we will exchange the piece. Your product is protected under warranty for a period of twelve months from the original purchase date. It covers materials and manufacturing details only.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. This includes surface scratches, oxidisation fading and tarnishing.

To notify us of a faulty item please email us at konnichiwa@jplusmikoto.com. Describe what you feel is faulty and attach a photograph of the item. We will get back to you with the best way to proceed and if there will be a refund.
